The founder of WestRock Construction was born into a family where construction was more than a profession — it was a way of life. For generations, his family built homes and worked in the construction industry. From an early age, he worked alongside his father on construction sites, learning the value of craftsmanship, responsibility, and doing every job the right way.
Growing up in a rural community also taught him the importance of hard work. Caring for animals, maintaining property, and building with his own hands developed the discipline and work ethic that continue to guide the company today. Determined to build a lifelong career in construction, he pursued higher education and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management and Operations, followed by a Master's Degree in Design Engineering, specializing in structural engineering for complex geotechnical and hydrogeological conditions.
His professional career began as a structural engineer and architectural designer, working on residential and commercial projects. After moving to California, he continued expanding his experience by working hands-on in residential construction, gaining firsthand knowledge of every stage of the building process.

From Blueprint to Final Walk-Through
Over the years, our founder became highly experienced in architectural design, permit coordination, and project management — successfully completing and managing more than 1,000 residential projects throughout California. He played an important role in rebuilding communities affected by major California wildfires, including projects associated with the Paradise and Santa Rosa fire recovery efforts.
Before launching WestRock Construction, he founded a successful architectural design and permit coordination company, helping homeowners, builders, and developers navigate California's permitting process from concept through approval. Today, WestRock Construction combines both worlds under one roof: professional design expertise and high-quality construction services.
